18-Wheeler Travels the Wrong Way, Killing Two People in Royse City, Texas

Two people were killed by an 18-wheeler in Royse City, Texas, on August 7, 2023. According to reports, the 18-wheeler was traveling westbound on I-30 when it suddenly crossed the median into the eastbound lanes of traffic. The 18-wheeler crashed into three passenger vehicles, causing one of the vehicles to become fully engulfed in flames.

In a news release, the Royse City Police Department confirmed two fatalities in the passenger vehicle that caught fire. They have not been identified.
