About

Michelle A. Rice

Michelle Rice has devoted her practice to aggressively pursuing the rights of injured clients. Michelle has successfully litigated numerous cases in both state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on a wide range of civil litigation areas, including personal injury, wrongful death, automobile and trucking accidents, products liability, premises liability, and workplace injuries. Currently, Michelle and a firm partner represent over 1,300 victims who were injured or killed in the October 1, 2017 shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada.

A native of Allegany, New York, Michelle has spent nearly the last decade in Houston after moving here for law school in 2009. While in law school, Michelle clerked at three plaintiff’s law firms, including a boutique firm, a mass tort pharmaceutical litigation firm, and Abraham Watkins. After law school, Michelle gained valuable experience at an insurance defense firm where she represented insurance carriers in first- and third-party insurance matters involving suspected insurance fraud, coverage questions, and uninsured/underinsured motorist litigation. Prior to joining the firm as an Associate in January 2017, Michelle worked as a contract attorney for firm partner, Mo Aziz.
