Jessie was born and raised in southeast Louisiana before receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. During college, she had the honor of interning at the National Civil Rights Museum assisting with community outreach and education programs for local public schools. After college, Jessie moved to Houston for law school and has spent the last decade living in the Galveston-Houston area.
Prior to joining Abraham Watkins in 2021, Jessie spent several years gaining experience litigating personal injury cases across the State of Texas under a well-experienced and successful personal injury attorney. She has litigated numerous cases in both state and federal courts throughout Texas and gained recognition for her success by being inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Her practice focuses on a wide range of civil litigation areas, including personal injury, wrongful death, automobile and trucking accidents, products liability, premises liability, and workplace injuries. Growing up, Jessie dedicated most of her time to competitive sports. She now brings that same focus and competitive drive to her litigation style in aggressively pursuing the rights of injured clients.
Jessie is currently licensed to practice in the State of Texas and admitted in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
