Nancy was born in Mexico City and raised in Laredo, Texas. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University in College Station before attending South Texas College of Law Houston. While in law school, Nancy served as a student attorney for the Actual Innocence Clinic and was a varsity member of the school’s nationally ranked advocacy program, earning several awards.

Since graduating from law school, Nancy has dedicated her career to helping victims and their families recover from the devastating effects of negligence. She focuses her practice on catastrophic injury cases, wrongful death claims, dram shop cases, and product liability matters—including those involving agricultural products and equipment. Nancy has built a reputation for holding corporations, insurance companies, and negligent parties accountable, and for securing meaningful recoveries that help clients rebuild their lives. She also represents clients in a wide range of personal injury and civil litigation cases, bringing compassion, skill, and determination to every matter she handles.

Fluent in Spanish, Nancy is proud to serve both English- and Spanish-speaking clients. Her background, training, and trial experience make her a strong advocate for those seeking justice during the most difficult times of their lives.

Nancy is licensed to practice in Texas, admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and handles appellate matters, including cases before the Texas Supreme Court.
