With the Holiday Season in full swing and Christmas just around the corner, many people are gearing up to spend next week eating, drinking, opening gifts and creating new memories with their families and loved ones. Unfortunately, this isn’t always the case. For many of our clients, the Holiday Season can be a time of serious depression and frustration. Many of our clients are unable to work because of the serious injuries caused by the reckless behavior of the defendants. Because of this inability to work, clients find themselves in difficult financial situations and unable to put presents under the tree for their kids. Even more difficult is when a client has lost a loved one because of someone else’s negligence. It’s during the Holiday Season that these clients find themselves desperately missing their spouse, their child, or their parent. For these individuals, the Holiday Season can be filled with memories of the tragic day their lives changed forever. To all of those clients struggling during this time of year, HANG IN THERE! Although we can never go back to the day before your world was turned upside down, remember we are here to guide you through these difficult times. Keep the faith and we look forward to an even better 2009!
