Houston Attorney Brant Stogner Has Been Selected For Inclusion On The 2013 Listing Of Texas Super Lawyers
An experienced litigator and exceptional advocate, this is the first year that Texas personal injury lawyer Brant Stogner has been recognized on the Super Lawyers listing.
For the last three years, Houston attorney Brant Stogner has been recognized as an up-and-coming lawyer, a Rising Star in the Texas legal profession, as published by Super Lawyers. Now, for the first time, Mr. Stogner has been recognized for inclusion on the 2013 listing of Texas Super Lawyers, an honor reserved for no more than 5 percent of licensed attorneys practicing in the state of Texas.
Mr. Stogner joined the Houston personal injury law firm of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner in 2008. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and achieved his certification within his first five years of practice, an honor for which he was the first to achieve in his law school class. Mr. Stogner focuses the majority of his practice on advocacy for those catastrophically injured by the negligence or bad acts of individuals and corporations. Mr. Stogner also handles commercial litigation, product defect cases, and insurance bad faith matters.
Within his first three years at Abraham Watkins, Brant Stogner had already tried 12 cases to verdict. In 2009, Mr. Stogner earned the highest jury verdict in the state of Texas awarded that year in a workplace accident case. The verdict was in excess of $20 million.
Mr. Stogner also serves as the Chair of the Membership Committee and Director for the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and on the South Texas College of Law Houston Alumni Association Board of Directors. As a former National Champion advocate in mock trial, Mr. Stogner also coaches varsity teams for his alma mater and the nation’s number 1 ranked advocacy program.
