(Houston, Texas) The law firm of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner is proud to announce that Barney Dill has been promoted to the position of Associate. His current legal practice at the firm focuses on a wide range of personal injury matters, including petrochemical and refinery plant workplace injuries, motor vehicle collisions, aviation related injuries, and premises liability.
Barney is a graduate of Texas State University, where he attended on an ROTC scholarship, and Regent University School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, he was an intern for the District Attorney’s Office for District 1 North Carolina and a clerk for a local judge in Dare County in North Carolina.
Prior to his law school education, Barney worked both in the oil field and offshore, before becoming an army officer and an attack helicopter pilot for the Texas and North Carolina National Guard. He made the rank of Captain before honorably leaving the service. Barney holds a commercial pilot’s license, giving him unique insight into aviation related litigation.
Barney has been a member of the Abraham Watkins team since 2017. He is a dedicated trial attorney who is devoted to protecting his clients’ interests and fighting for just compensation. He is active in the legal community as a member of the Houston Bar Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Young Lawyers Association, and Texas Bar Association.
