Houston attorneys Kimberley M. Spurlock and Misty A. Hataway-Coné of Spurlock & Associates, P.C., and Mo Aziz of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner added six more first responders as well as homeowners and residents of Crosby, Texas to the lawsuit already pending in the 333 rd District Court of Harris County, Texas. Additionally, the air-monitoring firm of Bureau Veritas was added to the lawsuit as a defendant for failing to warn these first responders of the toxic chemicals they would inevitably be exposed to and operating with faulty air monitoring equipment.
