Houston Personal Injury Lawyer Brant Stogner Was Selected for Inclusion in the 2013 Texas Rising Stars Listing

Texas Lawyer Brant Stogner of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner was recognized as a Rising Star in 2011, 2012 and again in 2013.

(HOUSTON, TX) — For the third consecutive year, Houston attorney Brant Stogner of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner has been selected to the Texas Rising Stars listing as published by Super Lawyers magazine. No more than 2.5 percent of Texas lawyers under 40 or who have been in practice for 10 years or less are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive the honor of being named to the Rising Stars listing.

A native Texan, Mr. Stogner is originally from El Campo, just south of Houston. He is a decorated academic and athlete, having played football at the University of Houston. Stogner completed his undergraduate education at Texas A&M before returning to Houston to attend the South Texas College of Law Houston. Mr. Stogner focuses his practice on advocating for those seriously injured by others throughout Texas and is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Mr. Stogner’s dedication to the legal profession and passion for client advocacy grew while in law school. He competed in several moot court and mock trial competitions throughout the country and won the National Mock Trial Championship at the American Trial Lawyers Association National Trial Competition. He received the Dean’s Outstanding Student Advocate Award at South Texas College of Law Houston and was admitted to the Order of Barristers.

As a lawyer, Mr. Stogner has established himself as a litigator for the people. He had 12 successful trials under his belt within three years of joining Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner in 2008. In 2009, he achieved the largest verdict awarded in Texas for a workplace injury claim.

Mr. Stogner is a founding member of the South Texas College of Law Houston Young Alumni Council and is a member of the Board of Directors for the South Texas College of Law Houston Alumni Association. He is an active member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, holding positions of board member and committee chair.
