(Houston, TX) The Houston law firm of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner is proud to announce that Firm Partner Brant J. Stogner has been named to the Texas Super Lawyers list for 2016. This is Mr. Stogner’s fourth consecutive year to be selected to this annual list, with three prior consecutive years on the Texas Rising Stars list. Recognition on both lists showcases his dedication to fellow attorneys and clients, and his ambitious drive to provide the best quality service possible..

The Texas Super Lawyers list, published annually in the Texas Monthly and Texas Super Lawyers magazines , recognizes the top five percent of attorneys practicing in the state. Attorneys are selected based on a strict process of peer nomination and evaluation, along with professional accomplishments and research by Super Lawyers staff. This process ensures that only the highest-achieving attorneys in every state and practice area are selected.

In addition to being named to the Super Lawyers list, Mr. Stogner is consistently recognized by other legal publications and organizations for his service to the legal community and his clients. Most recently, he was honored by South Texas College of Law Houston with the inaugural Young Alumni Award, which is presented to an alumnus who has made significant service and leadership contributions to both the legal profession and to the school. He has also been selected to the Nation’s Top One Percent list by the National Association of Distinguish Counsel since 2015 and to the Top 40 Under 40 List by the National Trial Lawyers Association since 2014.

Mr. Stogner has been practicing at Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner since 2008. He has tried many personal injury cases to verdict, including 12 wins in the first three years of working with the firm. In 2009, he obtained a verdict of over $20 million, which was the largest workplace injury verdict in Texas that year. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and obtained this certification in his first five years of legal practice. This distinction is one that is seen in very few young attorneys, as an attorney must practice for five years and have requisite trial experience to even take the exam. His dedication to excellent client representation can be seen from the start of his career through the present day.
