(Houston, TX) Attorney Brant J. Stogner, a partner at the law firm of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner, has been elected to membership in the Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation. This is an honor reserved for the top one-third of one percent of attorneys in Texas. Fellows of the Foundation are selected based on their outstanding professional achievements and their commitment to the improvement of the justice system in Texas. Membership is restricted to members of the State Bar of Texas.
Mr. Stogner has been practicing personal injury law at Abraham Watkins since 2008 and has helped countless individuals obtain justice after serious injury as a result of another’s negligence or wrongdoing. He is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and received this certification within his first five years of legal practice, the earliest an attorney can become certified in Texas. He tries numerous cases to verdict, including in 2009, when he won the largest workplace injury verdict in Texas, more than $20 million.
As a highly respected trial attorney across Texas, Mr. Stogner has been repeatedly recognized for his professional accomplishments. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, an invitation-only organization focused on improving the quality of the judicial system, and was the youngest inductee in 2015. He has been named to the Texas Super Lawyers list since 2013, an honor reserved to the top five percent of attorneys practicing in Texas. He has also been recognized by his law school, South Texas College of Law Houston, with the inaugural Young Alumni Award for his service and leadership to both the legal profession and the school.
