(Houston, TX) The law firm of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner is proud to announce that Ben Agosto III has joined the firm as an Associate. His current legal practice at Abraham Watkins focuses on a wide range of personal injury matters, including Jones Act, FELA, commercial accidents, bad faith insurance claim denials, premises liability, products liability, and wrongful death.
Prior to joining Abraham Watkins, Ben practiced at another prominent plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm in Houston, where he gained extensive experience in personal injury litigation. During his three years at the firm, Ben handled hundreds of cases, many of which involved catastrophic injuries and large settlements, including seven-figure settlements in railroad accidents, truck accidents, refinery explosions, workplace accidents, and offshore incidents. Ben now applies this experience to his cases at Abraham Watkins, where he continues to work zealously to maximize the results for his clients and bring them justice.
Ben is a Houston native and a graduate of the University of South Florida and South Texas College of Law Houston. Born to be an advocate, Ben was a competitive policy debater in both high school and college and a national champion advocate in moot court in law school. While attending South Texas, he tutored students as a Langdell Scholar for two years and was a member of South Texas Law Review. Following law school graduation, Ben served as a Law Clerk to Honorable Larry Weiman of the 80th District Court in Harris County, Texas, which at the time was among the top three in trials in Texas.
Active in the legal community, Ben is as a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Trial Lawyers Association, Houston Bar Association, and Houston Young Lawyers Association.
