Associate Spencer Speed

Houston, Texas (Feb. 7, 2022) — The law firm of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner is proud to announce that Spencer Speed has joined the firm as an Associate. Spencer is dedicated to representing individuals and family members who have been injured or killed as a result of another’s negligence. His current legal practice focuses on a wide range of personal injury matters, including automobile and trucking collisions, premises liability, product liability, and wrongful death cases. He is licensed to practice in Texas and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Prior to joining Abraham Watkins, Spencer practiced at another prominent law firm in Houston, where he gained valuable experience litigating medical malpractice, product liability, and other personal injury claims. He now applies this experience and skillset to his cases at Abraham Watkins.

Spencer is a graduate of The University of North Texas, where he studied Political Science, and South Texas College of Law Houston, where he obtained his law degree. While in law school, Spencer was a member of the school’s nationally recognized elite trial advocacy program, earning numerous awards in courtroom competitions, including the Best Attorney Advocate Award at the American Association for Justice Trial Competition. He was also named to the Dean’s Honor List as well as the President’s List. Following law school, Spencer accepted an invitation to join South Texas College of Law Houston as a mock trial coach and adjunct professor and currently coaches mock trial advocacy teams that compete in national tournaments.

He is active in the legal community as a member of the American Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and Houston Young Lawyers Association.
