Reed W. Burritt

Reed W. Burritt

Houston, Texas
Reed’s legal experience gives him a unique perspective and skill set he uses to his client’s advantage. During law school, Reed interned with the Hon. Judge Singleton who was designated to sit on a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals panel. Reed learned the most effective techniques for persuading a judge and obtaining favorable rulings for his clients. Furthermore, prior to joining the firm, Reed was defense counsel for numerous large corporations, including insurance companies. Reed knows how these large companies operate and the best tactics for defeating them in court.

Reed obtained his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley in 2009. Reed then attended law school at the University of Notre Dame. During law school, Reed obtained valuable trial experience with the San Diego Public Defender.

Reed works diligently every day to ensure individuals and companies are held accountable for their carelessness and negligence in causing serious and permanent injuries to his clients. Reed’s current practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, motor vehicle accidents, and workplace injury.

Reed also represents clients who have been mistreated by their insurance company. As a former defense counsel for several major insurance carriers, Reed knows the bad faith tactics an insurance company will use to deny their insured's claims. Reed aggressively pursues claims against insurance carriers to ensure that his clients receive their maximum policy benefits.
