FRANK BATTAGLIA: I had been practicing medicine since 1979. I started practicing law in 2000. I've been a medical legal consultant since approximately 1996. I focus mainly on medical malpractice.
My medical background allows me to efficiently evaluate a patient's care to decide whether or not the injury that the patient, the client or the patient is complaining of was a result of medical negligence or a complication of the surgery.
What I'm most passionate about is that patients who are injured as a result of medical negligence are fairly compensated.
