Attorney Alvin Adjei Joins Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto & Aziz

Attorney Alvin AdjeiThe Houston law firm of Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto & Aziz is pleased to welcome Alvin Adjei to the firm as an associate attorney. He joins the firm from the Harris County District Attorney's Office where he served as an Assistant District Attorney and honed his trial advocacy skills working for injured victims. During his time at the Harris County District Attorney's Office he successfully tried several misdemeanor and felony trials. He was promoted to Chief of County Criminal Court 6 where he supervised prosecutors in trials including Driving While Intoxicated and Assault Family member cases. His current practice continues to focus on representing people who have been injured as a result of negligence, including premises liability accidents and automobile accidents.

Mr. Adjei attended the University of Notre Dame, where he was a member of the Notre Dame Track Team and majored in political science and minored in public policy. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Adjei attended Notre Dame Law School. While he was in law school, he formed a team to compete in the National Black Law Students Association Mock Trial competition. The team won the Midwest regional Championship and advanced to the National competition. In 2012 he was awarded the annual Jon Krupnick award for excellence in the art of Trial Advocacy.

He is a member of the Houston Bar Association, Houston Young Lawyers Association, Houston Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and Notre Dame Houston Club.
