Scott Armstrong is a trial lawyer at Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Sorrels, Agosto, and Aziz. His practice focuses on serious personal injury cases. His trial, litigation, and appellate experience includes oil field accidents, maritime accidents, product liability lawsuits, premises liability cases, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, defective drug cases, and commercial disputes in Texas and throughout the country. Scott graduated from the University of Houston Law Center Magna Cum Laude, ranking in the top 3% of his class. During law school, he served as Chief Articles Editor of the Houston Law Review and was recognized for providing the Most Outstanding Contribution to the journal.

He published in the Houston Law Review, where his comment was recognized as the Best Paper Addressing Complex Litigation. Another article in the Texas Environmental Law Journal argues that individuals should have the right to sue polluters who injure their person or property.
